This includes Cloud and Intelligent Infrastructure Management, Digital Workplace and Digital Transformation, Network and Enterprise Cybersecurity, and Program and Project Management Services.
- Service Operations: Ensuring seamless and resilient IT service delivery through Customer Service Management, Service Desk Services, and Operational Service Management.

To achieve outcomes that contribute to society, Fujitsu has set targets for FY2030 for three materiality themes – Planet, Prosperity, and People – from the perspective of their impacts on our external stakeholders. This includes customers, society, and the environment.
Impact indicators have been set for Fujitsu Group, covering Fujitsu Global Delivery Unit as well as other Fujitsu legal entities across the world. These impact indicators are:
- Planet: using our technology solutions to help customers reduce their footprint, reducing total global GHG emissions by approximately 0.3% by FY2030
- Prosperity: helping to provide digital accessibility to more than 150 million people by FY2030
- People: contributing to the provision of ICT skills and training for at least 12 million people by FY2030
